Here I have explained two methods.
Here I am going to use only few ingredients like garlic cloves, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar as main ingredients. I love to have this recipe as my side dish in my meal, but you can use as main dish. Some people likes to drizzle sesame seeds on this dish. If so, first you roast sesame seeds in the pan and sprinkle it on green bean curry. This is another my greeny dish, which is colorful and pretty simple.
- Green beans trimmed – 1 bowl
- Minced garlic cloves – 2 table spoon
- Soy sauce – 2 table spoon
- Chili sauce – 2 table spoon
- Olive oil – 1 table spoon
- Vinegar – 1 table spoon
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- Take some green beans wash it and trim nicely and keep aside.
- Take a bowl mix all sauce (soy and chili).
- Take a wok and pour little water and boil until bubbling.
- Put that green bean to that hot water and heat for 2 minutes.
- Separate beans from that water.
- Heat little olive oil in a pan put some mustard seeds if you like.
- Add minced garlic cloves let it get fried until you get aroma.
- Add soy and chili sauce and vinegar and little salt mix it well.
- Add that trimmed bean to this mix.
- Let it heat for 3 minutes. Now spicy bean recipe is ready to serve.
In this method I am going to use onion and tomato slices. Here tomato slices rises the recipe up nicely. You can use ginger and orange juice in the recipe, it gives a good flavor and aroma. When I work late usually I use to make this recipe for myself. I have got a lot of compliments for this recipe. I and my full family love green bean as well. They are heavenly good for meal.
- Oil – 1 table spoon
- Salt to taste
- Green beans – 1 bowl
- Mustard seeds – 1 table spoon
- Garlic cloves – 6
- Cumin seeds – 1 table spoon
- Chopped Green chili – 2-3
- Sliced onion – 1
- Sliced tomatoes – 2
- Heat oil in a pan put mustard seeds, cumin seeds and garlic cloves, let it fry for few seconds.
- Next add onion and tomatoes, stir well. Then add green chili and salt let it fry few seconds.
- Then add green beans to the pan let it fry for 2 minutes.
Now your diet meal plan with green bean recipe is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving. Drizzle some sesame seeds on it and serve.
