  • Noodles – 400 grams
  • Oil – for deep frying
  • Egg – 1
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powder – 2 table spoon
  • Minced garlic and ginger – 1 table spoon
  • Sliced onions – 2
  • Boneless chicken – 1 cup (10 pieces small)
  • Shredded cabbage, carrots, capsicum – 1 bowl (together)
  • French beans – 1/4 cup
  • Spinach leaves – 4-5
  • Tomato ketchup – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar – 1 table spoon
  • Chinese sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Chicken stock – 1-2 cups (as required)
  • Corn flour -2 table spoon

Cooking Method of Best American Food – Yummy Chop Suey

  • Boil noodle and drain it. Add little oil to the noodle, let that oil coated properly as they don’t stick.
  • Heat oil in a pan, pour egg and make omelette (fried egg). Remove it and set aside.
  • Heat oil in other pan for deep fry, add noodle in the oil in the format that it would give a nest like structure.
    It must fry till light brownish color.
  • Next we should make gravy.
  • In other pan heat little oil, add ginger-garlic saute it. Add sliced onion and give a quick toss.
  • Then add some boneless chicken, toss well. It should heat in high flame. Fry until chicken should become nice and crisp.
  • Next add those vegetables. i.e. shredded cabbage, carrots, capsicum, french bean and spinach leaves and give quick toss.
  • Continue until they become crisp.
  • Next season with salt, white pepper powder, little sugar and tomato ketchup. Mixt it well.
  • Add chicken stock and just give a quick boil.
  • Add Chinese sauce.
  • Next add corn starch – (diluted in little bit water and add in to over gravy)
  • Gravy will become thick. Next have to serve.
  • Take plate put noodles, on that pour gravy and on top keep fried egg.

Note: You can use different pastas here along with noodles. Here I have used chicken, but its optional you can use any vegetables or any sea foods.
